SKIN PATCH TESTING

The following treatments require a skin patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment; LVL Lash Enhance, Brow Tint and Lash Tint. We also advise that clients with more sensitive skins ask us for a skin test for our St Tropez tanning treatments 24 hours prior to the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes things can go amiss, and ask that in the event you cannot make your appointment that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Should our cancellation policy not be adhered to, we do reserve the right to retain your booking deposit in full. For missed appointments without notice we reserve the right to charge for the full treatment value. Please see below for further online booking terms and conditions.

CHECK IN

Your time is precious to us and we want you to get the most our of your treatment. We therefore ask that you arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment to get settled in and also allow yourself enough time to relax afterwards.

TRANQUILLITY POLICY

To keep a peaceful ambiance and respect the relaxation of other guests, please silence your mobile phones on arrival and ssshhh… keep things to a whisper!

CHILDREN + MINIMUM AGES

We apply age restrictions to our treatments so please ask us about this at the time of booking. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. To respect the relaxation of our adult guests we only allow children under 16 in our spa between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm on a Saturday.

We pride ourselves on being a GDPR compliant company and use Phorest Salon Software to store our client data and process our online bookings. Please find full terms and conditions for the use of this software below.

The following conditions apply to bookings of services made by you through this website.

 

Making a reservation: 

When booking a service online you may be required to pay a non refundable reservation fee using either a credit or a debit card. The amount of the reservation fee will depend on the total cost of your booking and will range from £0.50 to £1.50 (inclusive of VAT).

 

Cancellations:

A cancellation of an appointment will result in loss of the reservation fee. If a booking is partially cancelled (one or more, but not all treatments that are part of the booking) the reservation fee will not change. If the service provider cancels the whole booking the reservation reservation fee will be credited to your client account. This credit can be used to reserve future bookings online or in the spa. If the services provider only partially cancels a booking your reservation fee will not change.

Users may cancel bookings made online up to 24 hours in advance of the time of the appointment online using our spa app or via our website. If an appointment has not been cancelled with 24 hours notice the spa has the right to charge users the balance of the appointment cost (i.e. the payment due in the spa which equals the total cost of the appointment minus the reservation fee paid online). Users who cancel appointments with more than 24 hours notice will only lose their reservation fee.

By making a reservation with your credit card or bank card, you agree that if you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours notice or if you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise the services provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you an amount lower or equal to your booking or an amount that might be set out in the service provider’s terms and conditions. For this purpose your credit or debit card will be securely stored.

Phorest does not accept responsibility for cancellations by the user or by the services provider regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made. Phorest shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in spa services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.

 

When a reservation is confirmed

Phorest does not accept responsibility for cancellations by the user or by the services provider. Phorest does not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim because of changes in spa services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All losses, extra fees or claims will be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.

 

No Liability in credit or debit card transactions

Phorest makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorised charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, Phorest shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any statutory rights which you may have.

 

General terms and conditions

These Terms and your use of this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of Ireland courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website each time you access the website. Use of this website is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions including without limitation this paragraph.

 

Privacy Policy

Phorest is committed to protecting an individual’s privacy. This policy covers the personal information that Phorest holds and sets out the way in which Phorest will use, manage and protect personal information that comes into the possession of Phorest.

Phorest will only collect and use personal information that is necessary for its business purposes, and for the health and safety requirements of its staff. All information collected is treated as confidential, and will only be used for the purpose for which it was supplied, unless permission has been obtained. Information will be collected by lawful, fair and unobtrusive means. Any sensitive information will be collected with the individual’s consent.

Phorest will not disclose any personal information to an unrelated third party except with the consent of the individual or where required by law to do so.

Phorest will only keep personal information it needs. Information is stored in a combination of secure computer storage facilities and paper based files. Reasonable steps will be taken to securely destroy or permanently de-identify personal information when it is no longer required.

Phorest uses your details to operate Phorest and, occasionally, to inform you of new features, services and products from Phorest. On occasions, we may supply statistics about our customers to third parties. These statistics never contain personally identifying information.

REVIEWS

You may receive an email after a completed appointment with a services provider asking you if you wish to leave a review. When you leave a review the information will be submitted to the services provider and Phorest. This information will be stored securely in computer storage facilities. If you choose to do so you agree to that Phorest or the services provider that the appointment was with can publish your review should they choose to do so. If Phorest or the services provider choose to publish your review only your first name will be published with the review however the services provider or Phorest will not be held responsible for any wording by you in the review that might reveal your identity.
